Conformance status

This platform is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard and the harmonised European norm EN 301 549. The non-compliances are listed below. The audit conducted on 23 May 2026 across dashboard, onboarding and workspace surfaces documented 36 findings (5 critical, 11 serious).

Non-accessible content

The following content is not, or only partially, accessible:

1. Colour contrast (WCAG 1.4.3): Light-mode CTA buttons rendered at 3.9:1 instead of the required 4.5:1. The fix shipped with this page.
2. Keyboard focus (WCAG 2.4.7): Some interactive glass-surface controls show a faint focus indicator. Scheduled for the current sprint.
3. Name, role, value (WCAG 4.1.2): A handful of data-table controls and modal dialogs lack ARIA labels and live-region announcements.
4. Consistent navigation (WCAG 3.2.3): A few sub-pages still re-order sidebar items inconsistently.
5. Motion and animation (WCAG 2.3.3): Aurora backdrops honour prefers-reduced-motion; a small number of micro-animations remain exempt.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 23 May 2026. It is based on a self-assessment by SIMO GmbH using EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (sections 9, 11.4, 12.1) and WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria. Last reviewed on 23 May 2026. The statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever the platform changes substantially.
